On August 24, 2025, We attended our First Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party of the 2025 Season. It was also the first time that our family has attended the Party on a Sunday Night. Our Family had a Fantastic Time. We spent the Day in the Magic Kingdom, a favorite of ours, and were still there when August 25th rolled in. We saw many Beloved Characters, took lots of Photos, and made cherished memories.

Just across the Tomorrowland Bridge in the Magic Kingdom is a Great Spot where you can get a picture with Cinderella's Castle and have less people in the background.

Join us as we share and relive our day through our detailed schedule that we hope you may find useful in planning your Magic Kingdom/Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Itinerary. Please Note: That we experienced our day based on our preferences and the things that were on our to-do list. Our priorities for the day and night may not match others, and that is okay. We are just trying to provide others with some guidance on a schedule that has been tried and worked for us.

About Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a Special Ticketed Event that began in 1995. Sometimes referenced as MNSSHP, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is held on Select Nights in the Magic Kingdom, usually from August through October. Walt Disney World has sometimes chosen to hold a Party on November 1st, but not every year. The Exact Dates for the Parties change each year, with Party Dates usually announced in Late Spring to Early Summer.

Ticket Prices vary based on the night that you will be attending, with Halloween Night, October 31st, typically being the most expensive. Walt Disney World Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club or DVC Members may be eligible for a Discount on Tickets on Select Nights. Most Parties do sell out, with Halloween Night usually being the first to selling out and the Opening Party Night usually following not far behind. Check Out the Walt Disney World Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party page for the most up-to-date information on Dates, Availability, and Pricing.

Guests visiting the Magic Kingdom on a Party day, that do not purchase Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party tickets, will have to leave the park by 7:00 pm. If for any reason these Guests are still in the park after 7:00 pm on a Party Night, they will be asked to leave and a Cast Member will escort them to the entrance of the park.

Party Goers can enter the Magic Kingdom at 4:00 pm without having to purchase a Magic Kingdom Day Ticket. Guests already in the Magic Kingdom can begin getting their party wristbands at 4:00 pm, from one of three distribution locations inside the park. MNSSHP Festivities begin at 7:00 pm. The Party is great fun for the whole family. It features some Exclusive Entertainment, such as Mickey’s “Boo-to-You” Halloween Parade, Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular, and Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet some Rare Characters as well as Characters in their Festive Halloween Costumes. Plus, Party Goers get the opportunity of Trick-or-Treating in the Magic Kingdom, as well as receive a Keepsake Commemorative Candy Bag upon entering the park.

Our Itinerary and Schedule for Our Magic Kingdom Day and Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

We, 3 Lee's Travel Adventures, enjoy how the front of the Magic Kingdom Train Station and the Mickey Face Topiary changes with the seasons.
We, 3 Lee’s Travel Adventures, enjoy how the front of the Magic Kingdom Train Station and the Mickey Face Topiary changes with the seasons.

2025 was our 4th year of attending Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and August 24, 2025 was our 5th MNSSHP. We attended our first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in August of 2022. You can read our 2024 Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Review by clicking here. We are blessed to again be WDW Annual Passholders in 2025. When deciding on our MNSSHP Plans, we decided that we would head into the Magic Kingdom earlier in the day to avoid the crowds that can and usually do gather at the Magic Kingdom gates beginning at 2:00 pm for the 4:00 pm Party Entrance. We prefer being in the Magic Kingdom to scan into the Party and get our Wristbands, instead of having to deal with the crowds at the turnstiles.

The Below Itinerary and Schedule is what we did, based on our preferences. Our preferences may be different from others and that is okay. We are just trying to provide some insight and guidance for those who are trying to decided what to do at their Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and for those who may be trying to decide if they should use a Magic Kingdom Day Ticket on their Party Day or Not. If you will not be using a Magic Kingdom Day Ticket on the day of your party, this Itinerary and Schedule will still be helpful to you. You can skip ahead if you would like to 4:00 pm when Party Ticket only entrances begin.

Arriving at and Entering the Magic Kingdom

We, 3 Lee's Travel Adventures, enjoy walking up to the Magic Kingdom and seeing these two pumpkins out front.

For this trip, we stayed at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter. We got to the Bus Stop at our Resort at approximately 9:20 am. We boarded our Bus at 9:26 am, and arrived at the Magic Kingdom at 9:42 am. After going through Security, We choose to take pictures with the Pumpkins Outside of the Turnstiles before scanning into the park. We entered the Magic Kingdom to begin our fun filled day at 10:00am.

10:00 am to 11:30 am

Mummy Stitch is the theme of the 2025 Halloween Popcorn Bucket at Walt Disney World. We, 3 Lee's Travel Adventures, got ours from the Magic Kingdom on August 24, 2025. And, boy is he cute.

After scanning into the Magic Kingdom, we headed to get a Locker. At approximately 10:02 am, all of the Jumbo Lockers were Sold Out, so we decided on a Large Locker. Our Family then headed toward the Popcorn Cart in front of the Magic Kingdom City Hall. We got in line at the cart at approximately 10:06 am and by 10:10 am had purchased the recently released Mummy Stitch Halloween Popcorn Bucket.

We, 3 Lee's Travel Adventures, have come to look forward to getting the Confetti Magic Shots, and seeing what hidden touches we can find. Like the Pumpkins and the Mickey Ghost in this picture taken August 24, 2025.

Mama and I then headed to get in line to have our picture taken with the Mickey Face Topiary in front of the Magic Kingdom Main Street Train Station, while Daddy went to put Stitch in our locker. This line was a little longer. We got in line at approximately 10:12 am and were heading back inside the park at 10:24 am. We had a Great Photopass Photographer who took some Awesome Pictures of us, including a Magic Shot with Fall Confetti.

Explore the Fall and Halloween Decorations with us around the Magic Kingdom.

Mama and Daddy then headed to the center of Town Square to get in line for some Photopass Pictures with the Stacked Pumpkins and Cinderella’s Castle, while I took a Stroll around Town Square exploring the Fall Decorations. We got in line here at approximately 10:26 am and got our pictures taken at approximately 10:37 am.

The Dapper Dans Barbershop Quartet is a Staple of the Magic Kingdom. We love to watch them whenever we can. It is always an added bonus to see them on the Horse-Drawn Trolley Car.

Afterwards, we claimed a spot on the sidewalk of Main Street U.S.A., in front of the Main Street Confectionery to watch the Dapper Dans come rolling by on the Horse-Drawn Trolley Car at 10:40 am. We choose to remain in this spot and watch the 11:00 am Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade. While waiting we took turns checking out the Fall and Halloween Treats inside of the Main Street Confectionery. While shopping, we decided to get some Drinks as well as some Peanut Butter M&Ms and the New Evil Queen Poison Apple Candy Container.

The Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade kicked off in Frontierland at 11:00 am. It reached our spot on Main Street, U.S.A. at approximately 11:15 am. We loved getting to see Woody, Mr. and Mrs. Incredible, Bruno, Timon, Terk, Meeko, Baloo, as well as many other Friends. And the Theme Song got stuck in my head again. Thankfully, the Rain held off until later, because there sure were some dark clouds overhead. We then checked out the Main Street Confectionery Halloween Window Decorations and Crystal Arts, the Arribas Brothers Magic Kingdom Store.

The Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade is an Amazing Addition to any Magic Kingdom Day. We, 3 Lee’s Travel Adventures love that it features so many awesome characters, some of which are rarely seem in the parks. Plus, We love Timon, Terk, Stitch as well as Panchito and José Carioca of “The Three Caballeros”.

11:30 am to 1:00 pm

We then headed back to Town Square for our lunch reservation at Tony’s Town Square Restaurant. Our Family arrived at 11:34 am for our 11:40 am reservation. We checked in with the Hostess and received the text that our table was ready within 2 minutes. We then were seated by our server Alex. She was great. We love the “Lady and the Tramp” theming of this restaurant. The food was delicious as always. We had ordered, eaten, and finished our meal by 1:00 pm.

We, 3 Lee's Travel Adventures, LOVE to eat at Tony's Town Square Restaurant. The Lady and the Tramp touches add to the atmosphere of this amazing, delicious dining option.

1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

We then headed to ride the Walt Disney World Railroad. We had not ridden it since it has changed from the Full Loop to a Back and Forth Route between Main Street, U.S.A. and Fantasyland/Storybook Circus. Our Family stopped for a few minutes on the Train Station Balcony to enjoy the Fall/Halloween Decorations from an above view, and then headed inside to board the train for Storybook Circus. We had to wait approximately 4 minutes for the train to return to the Station so that we could board the Train at approximately 1:12 pm.

The View of Cinderella's Castle and Main Street, U.S.A. from the Balcony of the Train Station is Magical. Add in some Fall Decorations, and you just kicked the Magic of this Magic Kingdom View up several notches.

When we boarded the train, we choose to sit in the first row of the last car. From this row, we rode facing forward to Storybook Circus and backwards returning to Main Street Station. We LOVED the New Narration featuring Stitch going to Fantasyland/Storybook Circus. Our Train left the Main Street Station at approximately 1:16 pm, arrived at the Fantasyland Train Station at approximately 1:23 pm, left the Fantasyland Train Station at approximately 1:26 pm, and arrived back at Main Street, U.S.A. at approximately 1:31 pm. The Round Trip Train Ride took approximately 19 minutes, including time for loading and unloading.

We, 3 Lee’s Travel Adventures, rode the revised Main Street, U.S.A. to Fantasyland/Storybook Circus and back on August 24, 2025. We LOVED that they included Stitch in the new narration.

After riding the Train, we headed to find a spot to watch the 2:00 pm Festival of Fantasy Parade. We were blessed to find a great spot right at the head of Main Street, U.S.A. looking toward Cinderella’s Castle at approximately 1:33 pm. We have never watched a Parade from this spot, and Loved getting to see the floats with the Castle in the Background. Due to the Weather, they did have to make some rain adjustments to the parade in regard to the floats, characters, and costumes. But, it was still a Magical Parade. We always love getting to see Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, and that they include Gus Gus and Jaq from “Cinderella” on the Princess Float. The Parade stepped off in Frontierland at 2:00 pm and reached our location at approximately 2:16 pm.

Take in the Wonder of the Festival of Fantasy Parade as it come straight up Main Street, U.S.A. on a Rainy Day in the Magic Kingdom.

After the parade, we checked out the merchandise in the Emporium. We asked a Cast Member where would the Party Merchandise be located in the Store. She told us in the Center Room, but that the Collector Pin Box Set was only at the Registers. She advised us to get our Wristbands and come back Immediately to purchase the Pin Box Set, if we wanted it.

3:00 pm to 4:30 pm

Afterwards, we headed toward Tomorrowland to find out where the Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Wristband Distribution Location would be. We asked a Friendly Cast Member at Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor, who was not sure but found out for us that the distributions would be happening in front of Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin, which is currently closed for refurbishment. We headed that way and found out that some other Party Goers had already begun forming a line. Our Family got in line at 3:00 pm knowing that they were not supposed to start giving at Wristbands until 4:00 pm. We chatted with the Nice Family in line in front of us while waiting.

We, 3 Lee's Travel Adventures, choose to get our Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Wristbands from the Distribution Location in Tomorrowland. On Our Party Night, August 24, 2025, it was in front of Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin.

After about 10 to 15 minutes in line, we realized that we had almost emptied our Water-To-Go Refillable Water Bottles. Mama and I decided that we would head across the street to The Lunching Pad for some Complimentary Cups of Water to Refill our Filtered Water Bottles. The Filters in the Bottles really do help the Water Taste Better. PSA: You H-2-Owe it to Yourself to Stay Hydrated.

As we were heading toward The Lunching Pad, it started to rain. While we were refilling our cups, the Cast Members opened up the queue area and let those in line to get wristbands start filling it in. Thankfully, it was mostly covered which allowed most of the people in line to get out of the rain. We were maybe 20 people back in line. They started giving out bands before 4:00 pm. By 3:54 pm, we had gotten our Purple Party Wristbands, Souvenir Trick-or-Treat Bags, as well as Collectible Party Maps and were off to do some shopping at the Emporium.

We, 3 Lee's Travel Adventures, have a collection of the Party Wristbands and Trick-or-Treat Bags from every party that we have attended. The 2025 Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Bags are very cute and durable. Plus they feature Mickey and Minnie as well as the Beloved Haunted Mansion Grave Diggers.

We arrived at the Emporium at approximately 3:58 pm. We headed straight to the Check Out line near Casey’s Corner to get our Collectible MNSSHP Pin Set. Afterwards, we headed to get in line for the rest of the Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Merchandise near the center of the Emporium. They had some Awesome Shirts, and Pins as well as some other cool collectibles that were Exclusively for the Party. We had done all of our shopping and Checked Out by 4:26 pm.

4:30 pm to 5:30 pm

A little Rain didn't slow us down. In fact, it gave us the rare opportunity to get a picture taken by one of the talented Disney Photopass Photographers with the Mickey Pumpkin Wreath. We even got the added magic of Mickey Mouse in his Rain Gear.
A little Rain didn’t slow us down. In fact, it gave us the rare opportunity to get a picture taken by one of the talented Disney Photopass Photographers with the Mickey Pumpkin Wreath. We even got the added magic of Mickey Mouse in his Rain Gear.

We then headed to put our Souvenirs in our Locker. On the way, we found a Disney Photopass Photographer off to the side near the Main Street Confectionery. He had to change locations due to the fact that it was still drizzling rain. He was able to get some great photos of us with one of the Mickey Pumpkin Wreath Decorations. We were excited to get these pictures because there are not usually Photopass Photographers at the Wreaths.

Come Join Us as we explore the Sights and Sounds of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on August 24, 2025. There were lots of Treats, a Trick or Two, and maybe even a Villain.

After depositing our Merchandise, we headed down Market Street. This Street is not typically open during park hours, however during the Halloween Party it comes alive with Pumpkins, Statues, and maybe even a Villain of Two. We were glad to see the DJ was out playing some Halloween Tunes. However, we did not see any Villains out yet.

We, 3 Lee's Travel Adventures, were excited to get our photo taken at the famous Purple Wall in the Magic Kingdom. This was another bonus we got on August 24, 2025, thanks to the rain.

We then headed through the Walkway at the Tomorrowland Terrace. On the Tomorrowland side of the Terrace, we found a Photopass Photographer taking pictures with the Purple Wall. We decided to get our Pictures taken here. We loved that while waiting in line the Bronze 50th Stitch Statue was talking and wishing people a Happy Halloween.

Next, we headed to Storybook Circus to see the new pumpkin wreaths that had been installed there. These were not party exclusive decorations, but were really cute. They featured Dumbo and Timothy from”Dumbo”. It was also dark enough that we were able to see the pumpkins flickering.

We decided that a snack was in order. So from approximately 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm, We enjoyed some hot French Fries and refreshing Drinks from Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe. While Mama and I order, Daddy found us a table. He was able to get one by a window, so we savored our snack while people watching. From Our View, we saw some Awesome Costumes, and could also see the Tomorrowland Speedway.

Afterwards, we headed toward Cinderella’s Castle. We got the Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Exclusive Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Jack Skellington Gravestone Popcorn Bucket at approximately 6:11 pm from the Popcorn Cart between the walkways to Fantasyland and Tomorrowland. We then headed up Main Street, U.S.A.

For the First Year Ever, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse are meeting together in their Halloween Costumes during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. And during our August 24, 2025 Party, we, 3 Lee's Travel Adventures got to visit them in the Town Square Theater.

While Daddy went to put our Jack Skellington Bucket in our Locker, Mama and I went to get in line to meet Mickey and Minnie. For the First Year Ever, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse are meeting together during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, beginning at 7:00 pm. They allowed us to start filling in the queue area at approximately 6:30 pm. We were meeting Mickey and Minnie at 7:10 pm.

7:00 pm to 9:00 pm

We were so glad that the rain did not keep Cruella de Vil from making an appearance. We would not want for her furs to get ruined. She was chatting with Party Goers from the Balcony at the Tomorrowland Terrace during the August 24, 2025 Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

After meeting Mickey and Minnie, we decided to walk down Market Street again in hopes of seeing Cruella de Vil (Mama’s Favorite). She was not meeting, so I asked a Cast Member if she knew if Cruella would be out tonight. She said that if we went to the Tomorrowland Terrace right then, that she was out. So we headed that way, and sure enough we got to see Cruella. She was Fantastic, engaging with Party Goers. She was up on a Balcony, so you could not take pictures with her unless you got lined up just right for a long distance selfie.

We, 3 Lee's Travel Adventures, LOVE Magic Shots. They are so cool, and can include some fun characters, like this one with Lock, Shock, and Barrel.
We, 3 Lee’s Travel Adventures, LOVE Magic Shots. They are so cool, and can include some fun characters, like this one with Lock, Shock, and Barrel.

On our way out of the Tomorrowland Terrace path, Our Family got our Picture taken at the Rocks near the Tomorrowland Bridge with Cinderella’s Castle in the Background. The Photopass Photographer here got some good pictures of us. We even got the Halloween Magic Shot with Lock, Shock, and Barrel from “Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas”.

Our First Trick-or-Treating stop of the night, Sunday, August 24, 2025, was a new to us location, Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor, which transforms with Not-So-Scary Fun during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

It was now 7:23 pm and that party was in full swing. Since we were close by, We decided to do some Trick-or-Treating at the Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor. This was our first time Trick-or-Treating at this location. After getting our Candy, We decided to sit and watch a few minutes of the continuous running show. The Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor Show takes on a Halloween Twist during the Party as the Monsters tell Themed Jokes, and comment on Party Goers Costumes. We only watched the show for a few minutes, but we enjoyed it.

Another First for Us, 3 Lee’s Travel Adventures, during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, was watching a show in Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor.

Afterwards, we headed to find a spot to watch Mickey’s “Boo-to-You” Halloween Parade. We found that the Cinderella’s Castle Hub area was rather full and headed toward Liberty Square. Our Family was blessed to found a great spot just across the Liberty Square bridge, diagonal to Sleepy Hollow. We claimed this spot at approximately 7:45 pm. The Headless Horseman was unable to ride before this parade. We could hear Powerline Max’s Music in the Cinderella’s Castle Hub area, but were unable to see his pre-parade performance from our location.

The parade started in Frontierland at approximately 8:15 pm and reached us at approximately 8:25 pm. We love this Parade. It features some of our Favorite Characters. We love Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck, and Clarabelle Cow dressed as The Sanderson Sisters, Winifred, Mary, and Sarah. Pluto the Lion is adorable. Plus, this Parade also features Villains. We got to see Cruella again, and Mother Gothel has made her Party debut this year. Plus, who can forget about Maleficent.

We, 3 Lee’s Travel Adventures, LOVE to watch Mickey’s “Boo-to-You” Halloween Parade. We really enjoyed the changes and additions to the parade in 2025.

9:00 pm to 11:00 pm

We then moved in to the Cinderella’s Castle Hub area. At approximately 9:00 pm, we claimed a spot on the Hub Sidewalk near the Walkway between Casey’s Corner and Crystal Palace. From this spot we could see the 9:05 pm Hocus Pocus Villains Spelltacular Stage Show. This show got cut short due to technical issues.

We choose to remain in this spot to watch the 10:00 pm Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular, the amazing Party Exclusive Fireworks and Projections show. From this spot, we had a great view of the Fireworks. We also had a Great View of the Projections on the Front of Cinderella’s Castle, and Jack Skellington, who appears on the Cinderella’s Castle Forecourt Stage. This is an awesome show that features catchy music, beloved characters, and a bit of fright.

Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular is a Wonderful Story of concurring your fears, and having faith in your friends. We love that this show includes Mickey Mouse, Jack Skellington, and Zero, among others.

After the Nighttime Spectacular, we headed to ride the Haunted Mansion. There was a massive crowd of people heading towards Liberty Square and it took us a few minutes to get there, but we made it.

We got in line for the Haunted Mansion at approximately 10:20 pm, across from the outdoor seating area for Columbia Harbor House. Our Family passed through the Haunted Mansion entrance columns at approximately 10:24 pm, and the wait time sign there said 25 minutes. We loved the spooky lighting on Gracey Manor. We visited the dearly departed in the Haunted Mansion cemetery, where we got to chat with Madame Carlotta. She was inviting us to be the “life” of the party. She only appears during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, weather permitting, so it was great to finely see her. We boarded our doom buggy at 10:40 pm, after only a 20 minute wait not bad.

The Haunted Mansion is a Lee Family Favorite. We were glad and excited to finally get to meet Madame Carlotta, and that she invited us to be the “life” of the party.

After riding, we went to get in line for some pictures in front of Gracey Manor. The Disney Photopass Cast Member that was directing party goers to the line was Awesome. He would have been an Amazing Ghost Host. The Photopass Photographer, who took our pictures, was super friendly. She got some great pictures of us, including several Magic Shots. We got Magic Shots with Zero as well as Phineas of the Hitchhiking Ghosts. Our Family also got some really cool pictures with the Cemetery Caretakers Lantern.

We, 3 Lee's Travel Adventures, LOVE The Haunted Mansion. And, we LOVE getting our picture taken with Gracey Manor. As a added bonus, during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on August 24, 2025, we got some Awesome Pictures with the Special Lighting on the Manor, plus with the Cemetery Caretaker's Lantern, a Party Exclusive Photo Op.

11:00 pm to 1:00 am

Next, we headed toward Fantasyland. We decided to try another new to us trick-or-treating spot, Mickey’s Philharmagic. We were excited to get to see Donald Duck in his Pumpkin Costume in the queue at approximately 11:11 pm. However, we were not able to get a selfie with him. After getting our candy, we walked through the theater. We were happy to see that they had The Legend of Sleepy Hollow from “The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad” (One of Our Families Favorites) playing on the big screen. We agreed that on a future party visit, if we had some time we would stop and watch the cartoons here. But for this Party, we were on a mission to our next stop.

We, 3 Lee’s Travel Adventures, enjoyed getting to trick-or-treat inside of Mickey’s Philharmagic. While this was not a new candy stop, August 24, 2025 was our first time trick-or-treating here.

Our Mission, and we choose to accept it was: get to the Main Street Bakery and have a Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Exclusive Mickey Cinnamon Roll. On our way there, we walked past Alice and the Mad Hatter. We had to navigate the 11:15 pm Mickey’s “Boo-to-You” Halloween Parade Crowds on Main Street, U.S.A. which slowed us down a little.

We, 3 Lee's Travel Adventures, saw Alice in Wonderland and the Mad Hatter strolling past The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on August 24, 2025.
We, 3 Lee’s Travel Adventures, saw Alice in Wonderland and the Mad Hatter strolling past The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on August 24, 2025.

But, we arrived at the Main Street Bakery at 11:23 pm. The line for the Bakery, which is also the parks Starbucks location, was short, which surprised us. We placed our order at approximately 11:25 pm. We decided to get 3 Bottled Soft Drinks, a Regular Mickey-Shaped Cinnamon Roll, and a Mickey-Shaped Cinnamon Roll with White Icing and Halloween Sprinkles, which was a Party Exclusive Offering. Even though we had to wait a few extra minutes for them to ice fresh cinnamon rolls, we still had our treats by 11:33 pm.

We, 3 Lee's Travel Adventures, LOVE Mickey-Shaped Cinnamon Rolls. We enjoyed both the Regular and the Party Exclusive One during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on Sunday, August 24, 2025.
We, 3 Lee’s Travel Adventures, LOVE Mickey-Shaped Cinnamon Rolls. We enjoyed both the Regular and the Party Exclusive One during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on Sunday, August 24, 2025.

Our Family was glad that we waited because both of our cinnamon rolls were hot. Mama and I had the Regular Mickey-Shaped Cinnamon Roll with Icing, because neither of us are big sprinkle fans. Daddy had the Party Exclusive Cinnamon Roll. We all enjoyed our treats and thought that tasted good. Our Family LOVES Mickey-Shaped Cinnamon Rolls and typically try to get one every trip. We also LOVE Starbucks Coffee and Refreshers. However, we felt like it was a little warm for coffee. We also worried that the Refreshers with the Cinnamon Rolls may have been too sweet. We were even able to see some of the taller floats in the Mickey’s “Boo-to-You” Halloween Parade, while enjoying our treats in the Main Street Bakery.

For our Final Activity of the Night, we headed back to the Cinderella’s Castle Hub area to watch the 12:00 am Hocus Pocus Villains Spelltacular on the Cinderella’s Castle Forecourt Stage. We claimed a spot on the Sidewalks between the Fantasyland and Tomorrowland walkways at approximately 11:50 pm for the Stage Show. We love this Show. It is one of our families absolute favorites. We love the Sanderson Sisters. Plus, there are so many of the Villains in this great show. We try to end our party nights by watching the 12:00 am performance. It is a Wonderful end to an Amazing Day.

“I Smell Children” is one of our families favorite lines from Hocus Pocus. We LOVE that it is included in this Stage Show, along with some of our Favorite Characters: The Sanderson Sisters, Cruella, Oogie Boogie, Captain Hook, and More.

After the show, we looked to our right and there was a Photopass Photographer standing a few feet away. We asked if he would take our picture with the Castle and he said sure. Our Family got some awesome picture with less people in the background. We even got the special Haunted Mansion Video Magic Shot.

Ended Our Amazing Day, in the wee hours of the next morning with Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, and pictures in front of a Beautiful Cinderella's Castle.

Our Family then headed to gather our stuff from the Locker Room and head back to our Hotel. We arrived at the Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter Bus Stop at approximately 12:41 am and were pleased to find a Bus waiting. After we loaded, the Bus Driver waited for a few minutes and allowed some more people on the Bus. We left the Magic Kingdom at approximately 12:49 am and arrived back at our resort at approximately 1:01 am.

Final Thoughts

The Magic Kingdom comes alive with Festive Decorations during the Fall and Halloween Season. But during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, you get all the Halloween Vibes with the addition of Spooky Music and Lighting. Glad we were able to capture some of this on August 24, 2025 from the Cinderella's Castle Hub.

It was a long day, but a Wonderful Day filled with Excitement and Great Memories.

3 Lee’s Travel Adventures LOVE Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. We were glad, plus a little surprised that we got so much done in one day. We were excited to get to see Cruella, not just in the Parade, but also while walking through the Tomorrowland Terrace area. Our Family liked getting to see Madame Carlotta in the Haunted Mansion cemetery during the party. We do wish that we had the opportunity to get a selfie with Donald Duck.

There is a lot to do at the Magic Kingdom on a Normal Day. And, there is more to do at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party than we have ever been able to get done in one night. Plus, the party features changes and new additions each year, which always keeps it fresh and exciting. However, we did get all the items that were on our to-do list done both during our Magic Kingdom day, and during MNSSHP, with a few added bonuses.

We hope that Our Itinerary for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will help some of you as you create, craft, and plan your party schedule.
